We've created this site to help circumvent some of the issues with the PDF forms that are used to complete your Record Books, along with ways to help answer common record book questions, through our Forum and Live Help.
Issues with Current 4-H Record Book Forms

Please note that these are the official forms for your 4-H Record Book. None of the content is changed. We have only edited the fields and format (size of font) of the PDF so that they work properly on all computers. You may take a look at other frequently asked questions on the help page.
